Stored raw materials are identified by color coding as well as the length of the stored material. In addition to the color code, each strip of raw material is assigned a unique identification number. An identification number record is kept to identify the supplier and material.

Heat treating is a very key production step during the gear manufacturing process. The temperature of the heat treatment is controlled using digit temperature controllers and computer-controlled equipment operated by experienced heat treatment professionals.

Inspection of the tool is carried out in each part of the machine by maintaining the finishing / turning margins and the alignment during the heat treatment. Following heat treatment, the tools are ground to close tolerances in accordance with industry standards or the customer’s particular requirements as shown in drawings, etc.

Products are packed in wooden plywood boxes for sea shipping to prevent them from moisture and damage.
